Listen to me carefully, here, we are going to discuss this topic in detail. And will take different situations where you actually need to be aware the most. So without further delay, let's start it;
1)The Awareness Of What You Eat: Not only become aware of what your body needs but also become aware of what your mind needs. And what you are giving to it. What you watch, what you listen to, what you actually consume. Whether that content really helps you to achieve something or not. If not, then is spending that much time in consuming bullshit is good for you? Sometimes knowingly or unknowingly we start consuming very toxic content, which affects our minds a lot. And in long term, you will be able to see that negative changes in yourself. So be aware of it.
2)The Awareness Of People Around You: Ting tong, are you here or not? Be cautious with whom you spend most of your time. Are they actually good ones or not? Are they serious about their dreams like you? Are they serious about life? Are they the ones who always push you to work harder? Are they the ones who stand with you even on your bad days? Are they the ones who motivate you with reality check-ups, if not then why are you wasting your time with them?
3)The Awareness Of Your 'Why': Become aware of what you want from your life. Become aware of why are you here, what is the reason behind your birth? If you are not clear about this right now, no problem, keep asking this question to yourself and keep trying different things, until/unless you will get the answer to this question. This is something that always pushes you to get up and work again even on the bad days of your life.
4)The Awareness Of Your Responsibilities: Be responsible for each and every action of yours. Stop the game of blaming others. Become the one who has the power to say that wherever I am right now either on top or on the bottom, it is because of me, people support me a lot but in my list, there is no one to whom I can blame, for not becoming someone who I want to become. I live my life on my own terms, I have some beliefs about myself and no one can break that. I haven't given the power to others to make me happy, sad or angry. All my emotions are controlled by me only. I work hard daily to become the best version of myself and no one can stop me from doing this.
At last, I want to say that become aware of your death, that one day, you will die. This fact makes you alive. Live your life on your own terms, be responsible for everything. You have limited time, don't waste it with wrong people, bullshit content and blaming others. I want to add that be aware to become aware. All the best for your journey!!!
