You have the solution to all of your problems, except the ones, which are not in your control.
Hello, friends! I hope you all are doing great in your lives and working hard daily for your dreams. In this article, we are going to discuss something, through which we all deal with. Basically, we will talk about stress and in which situations we get stressed. Also, we'll try to understand that how we have to deal with it. So, please bear with me for something interesting.
First of all, we need to understand that we get stressed in two types of situations:
1)The situation which is not in our control.
2)The situation which is in our control.
Let's start with the first one first,
"1) The Situation Which Is Not In Our Control"
Sometimes, we get stressed so much in the case, where the situation is not in our control. And if we are aware of it that we can't do anything in this case, then we need to understand that getting stressed is just putting us in more problem. Suppose, you are stressed about your result, now the result is not in your control. You have done with what you have to do, now you can't do change it. So leave it.
When it's out of your control then it's better to leave it on God or on time.
Let's try to understand with the help of some other examples:
#Suppose that if in our family we lose any of our close ones. Then in that case we feel helpless, that kind of situation breaks us. At that time, we know that situation is out of our control. No one can change it. Only and only time can heal our wounds. I know it's not easy to calm our minds in that situation but we can try.
Because most importantly, we can't change the situation nor we can run away from it, only we can accept it as it is and move on. And I strongly believe that there is some power, which always helps us to stand again.
Now let's talk about the second situation:
"2) The Situation Which Is In Our Control"
As we know that we can find the solution in this case. Then instead of wasting our time getting stressed, it's much better to start finding the solution. Let's suppose, you have to give the exams within one month and you are stressed because you are not prepared for your exam yet, first of all, you don't have to procrastinate, as we all know that if we'll not study on time, then one day or the other we left with regrets. And if we are aware of this fact, then why procrastinate, why to always think that we have enough time.
Always give first priority to your work.
But right now suppose, you have already procrastinated and now you are worried about your exam, most people even at that time when the exam is on their head instead of doing work they prefer to waste more time on the phone. They only tried to run away from their problems. Stop running, sit down, take deep breaths and start working.
Let's try to understand with the help of some other examples:
"Stressed Because Of Relationship Issues"
->This is the case when we are stressed because of relationship issues either with our spouse, sibling or friends. The best to deal with it is to talk, running away can never help you to get over the problem. Also, try to understand another person's point of view, not always start with the concept that "I can never be wrong".
And if it requires then give some space too to another person to breathe. We all are individuals, so behave like an individual.
CONCLUSION:
What's happening nowadays is, we have actually stopped thinking about our problems, and whenever we get stressed we end up on our phones. In this way, we are only running away from the problem instead of finding the solution. Whenever you feel that you are going to do the same mistake, at that time, start asking the question that do you really need your phone or are you trying to run away from your problem again. You can also either switch off your phone or give that phone to someone else. Don't let your mind play with you again.
We aren't able to understand that this habit is not affecting us in short term, but in long term, this habit can affect us in many ways, like:
a)We start losing our patience very easily.
b)We start finding ourselves that we are capable of nothing.
c)We start finding ourselves that we can easily get hopeless whenever we face any problem.
d)We start losing our problem-solving skills.
That's why it's important to give time to yourself, whenever you feel that you are stressed. You need to talk to yourselves and start asking some questions like:
a) Why am I stressed?
b) If that particular situation can be changed "by me or not?"
c) If yes, then great. What steps do I need to take to solve it?
d) If not, then let me leave it to God or on time.
You have the solution to all of your problems, you are not able to find it only because you are running away from it.
