Mini-Talk On "Meditation"

 Taking a bath is also a way to MEDITATE🙄. (Yes/No?)

Meditation helps us to be calm and be in the present moment.


Most of us think that mediation means that we need to sit in a particular place🙇‍♀️ and start focusing on our breath. (it sounds very boring and also it's tough to do it on daily basis).

But the fact is that it's not true✖. That's not the only way to meditate. There are many other ways too like we can do walking meditation, in which we only need to feel that our feet are touching the ground. This is really an amazing way which helps us to be at the very moment. I personally do this, and it helps me a lot to be here and be calm and composed.


We can meditate anytime and anywhere✔.


We only need to bring awareness⚠ and keep pushing ourselves to focus on the present moment. And there can be any activity which can help us to be here. As if I talk about myself, then for me there are many activities but if I tell you only two then that will be playing sports and the other is writing. Writing do really helps me to be relaxed. It's like a healing process for me.
