2021 made me STRONG!

 I know I am writing a blog after a so long time. I was neither active on Instagram nor on youtube nor on any other social media platform. I am blessed to have you guys, many of you have DM me on Instagra m, that is everything fine? Am I okay? What happened why am I not posting any content anywhere? I have never imagined that anyone of YOU will even remember me after 5-6 months. I am speechless, I am feeling so grateful, and that's why I took my laptop and start writing.  Today I am going to write whatever is in mind, whatever I have learned, from the successes, failures, or problems that I have faced this year.  We are in December, it's the month in which we all love to make a list of things that what we have learned in the whole year, what mistakes have we done, how we get up again to fight against the odds and many more. So, in today's article, I am going to share all those learnings which made me strong, all the important things that we all have to keep in our minds. #

  Taking a bath is also a way to MEDITATE🙄. (Yes/No?) Meditation helps us to be calm and be in the present moment. Most of us think that mediation means that we need to sit in a particular place🙇‍♀️ and start focusing on our breath. (it sounds very boring and also it's tough to do it on daily basis). But the fact is that it's not true✖. That's not the only way to meditate. There are many other ways too like we can do walking meditation, in which we only need to feel that our feet are touching the ground.
